Essential skills:

Experience in Channel Sales

Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

- Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concernsInterview clients to gather information useful in providing  recommendations and solutions to a technical problem
