All user administration in CT Suite is integrated with Amazon Connect administration. Everything is
integrated for SSO.


CT Suite non-voice work items such as email, web chat and SMS queue up to the Amazon Connect workflows for blended routing and reporting.


CT Suite is hosted on AWS with best-in-class integration to Amazon Connect for the high availability and security.


Because CT Suite routes all work items by way of Amazon Connect Workflows, you can utilize its reporting. Or if you need dashboards and additional data, use the built-in CT Suite Reporting.


The CT Suite APIs are PBX agnostic, and so all features nonspecific to a PBX vendor are supported. The same open platform are extended to the Amazon Connect integration.
